Q: What artwork do you require.
A: Most file types are fine. (eg JPEG, bitmap, eps, pdf). If you need help emailing your logo or ideas regarding your logo please call or email and we will do our best to help.
Q: Will you supply smaller orders then 20.
Yes we are happy to supply orders as small as 10. Just email us your logo and the item number of the cap or hat your after and we will email you a competitive quote.
Q: Can we get a final proof of our embroidered logo before you start printing our order.
A: Yes we will send out an embroidered sample of your logo to meet with your approval before we start printing your order. This is free of charge. We do not start your order until you are
100% happy with the sample logo.
Q: Is all your work embroidered in house.
A: Yes all our caps are embroidered by us on our machines. There is no double handling of
your order.
Q: How long will my order take.
A: Subject to stock availability orders usually take 5-10 working days.
Q: Your price included up to 8000 stitches, will that be enough for my logo.
Around 85% of logo's require no more then 8000 stitches. On occations logo's with large filled in areas will require more stitches.
Q: What are your payment terms.
A: You pay nothing until we have sent you the proof and you are happy to go ahead with the order. For new customers we require a 30% deposit and final payment within 7 days of receiving your order.
